VCRTA officers Millie V. and Brenda W. along with Community Service Chairperson JoAnn B. (center) attended the Indiana Retired Teachers Association 2017 Area 4/Area 5 Fall Leadership Workshop. The workshop provided an opportunity to gain additional skills/recommendations to help the local VCRTA chapter thrive in the coming years.
